Seeing a need in the Association, and the industry at large, Viardo founded this Conference. Today it is the second-most attended Conference for NACWA.

The Clean Water Advocate

On personal initiative, Viardo conceived and created this commercial-grade, bi-annual magazine. Legacy: Today, it is a flagship brand and revenue generator for the Association.

HCPA Ingredients Dictionary

Viardo drafted the original project plan proposal for the redesign of HCPA's Product Ingredients Dictionary--what was then distributed via CD--into an online, subscription-based reference tool; thus converting it from a liability to a significant new revenue stream.

Integrated MarComm/PR Campaign: Water Week

Water Week was a grassroots advocacy event in Wash. DC for clean water issues, a collaboration of the nation's top water organizations. Viardo served as marcomm lead, and ran a highly successful integrated marketing campaign.
